Getting your business noticed is one thing, getting chosen is another.
It's all connected.
Being found is a good start. But what happens next?

Can customers find what they need? Is it easy to enquire, book or buy?
Are you giving them a reason to choose you over someone else?

I look at the bigger picture, spot what's getting in the way and help you make changes that matter.

From figuring out what's wrong to getting things sorted.

From harbour-side sales to online booking.
For St Ives Sea Trips – Little Mermaid, I built an online presence from the ground up. Creating the website, setting up online booking and developing the marketing around the trips.
The result was a way for customers to discover the trips, explore their options and book online — connecting the business's new digital presence with its existing harbour-side operation.

No jargon.
No 'you need everything'.
You don't need a marketing degree to understand what's happening with your business.
I'll tell you what I find, explain why it matters and what I'd recommend doing next.
And if something needs sorting, I can help put the right changes in place, too.
If something's pointless, I'll tell you that too.
Being online isn't the same as being useful.
A website, social media account or booking system shouldn't exist just to tick a box.

It should help people find you, understand what you offer and feel confident taking the next step.

Sometimes that means building something new. Sometimes it means taking a closer look at what you've already got and making it work better.

Because the goal isn't to do more. It's to make what you do count.
